How to make it

  • Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt margarine and square of chocolate.
  • Add remaining bar ingredients. Mix well. Spread in pan.
  • In a small bowl mix all the filling ingredients, except the chips til smooth and fluffly. Spread over bar mixture and then sprinkle the chocolate chips over all.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. (check with toothpick, to see if it comes out clean)
  • Sprinkle marshmallow over the top and bake another 2 minutes.
  • Melt remaining butter, milk, cream cheese, chocolate.
  • Stir in sugar and vanilla. Pour over marshmallows and swirl together with a chopstick. Cool. Cut in bars.
  • Serve and stand back from the stampede.

    Holy Shnizzle! This sounds wonderful! I know I am suppose to cut back on my baking, but I will cut back *after* baking these! Yummmm! :D
