How to make it

  • Mix the ingredients for the first marinade. Put the filet or tenderloin in a plastic bag, pour the marinade into the bag and marinate for 3 hours. Turn the meat every one in a while.
  • Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  • Put the filet on a grill with an oven-proof plate underneath. Put the meat into the oven and cook for 40 minutes. Turn the meat once when cooking.
  • Wrap the filet in aluminum foil and let it cool.
  • Mix the ingredients for the second marinade.
  • When the filet is cold, cut the filet into very thin slices. Put the slices in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the meat slices and put the bowl in the fridge. Keep the meat in the marinade for 2 to 4 hours. Mix every now and then.
  • When serving, take the slices of meat out of the marinade. Do not wipe them.
