Ingredients
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 12 oz. Molson beer, at room temperature

Directions
  1. Measure flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Stir well.
  2. Add beer. Mix and turn into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for approximately 50 minutes.
  4. Makes 1 loaf
  5. * Freezes very well.
