I got this recipe from Diana's Desserts website and these are the best ever! They are fail proof and taste just delicious. Try with different flavor pudding mixes or different types of chocolate - you can't go wrong!!!

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 c uppacked brown sugar
  • 1 (1.7 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (12 oz bag) semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In medium size bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In large bowl, cream together butter and both sugars.
  4. Add pudding mix, beat until well blended.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until well blended.
  6. Add vanilla and mix until well blended.
  7. Gradually add flour mix, mixing just until incorporated.
  8. Stir in chocolate chips.
  9. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  10. Bake for ~10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from cookie sheets. Cool on wire racks.
