How to make it

  • Chop the Herbs and Zucchini
  • First, chop the herbs. Take the parsley, dill, and thyme, and chop them into thin pieces.
  • Next you're going to take the zucchini, and as you have done before, slice as a half and then into small pieces. Not too thin, not too thick - right in the middle.
  • Now, take the extra virgin olive oil and just pour it into the pan, and heat it up, with the zucchini.
  • Now, just make sure you shake it nicely, and let it sit for about a few seconds before you shake the zucchini around again. When the zucchini gets a little golden brown like this, you're ready to add on the chopped herbs.
  • You can always double up the ingredients for however many people you would like to serve this side dish. And voila, ready to be served and eaten. Enjoy!
