How to make it

  • Let cheese stand at room temperature until softened.
  • Make 4 2-1/2 inch intersecting cuts in top of the cheese ball, cuttin completely through plastic casing.
  • Carefully lift each section of casing, curling point over index finger.
  • Scoop out the cheese, leaving 1/4-inch wll.
  • Refrigerate casing.
  • In a bowl, mash the cheese with a fork.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients.
  • Fill caing shell with cheese mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  • Let stand at room temperaure for 1 hour before serving.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired.
