Gouda Spread

- 1 hole round gouda cheese shopping list
- 1 tablespoon milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon white wine shopping list
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard shopping list
- 2 drops, more if desired, Frank's® hot sauce shopping list
- crackers, pita chips, or vegetables to serve shopping list
How to make it
- Let cheese stand at room temperature until softened.
- Make 4 2-1/2 inch intersecting cuts in top of the cheese ball, cuttin completely through plastic casing.
- Carefully lift each section of casing, curling point over index finger.
- Scoop out the cheese, leaving 1/4-inch wll.
- Refrigerate casing.
- In a bowl, mash the cheese with a fork.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Fill caing shell with cheese mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Let stand at room temperaure for 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
