Banana Cake With Sour Cream Frosting Recipe

How to make it

  • Beat shortening and sugar together then beat in eggs until thoroughly blended.
  • Beat in bananas.
  • Mix dry ingredients together and add alternately in thirds with buttermilk.
  • Butter and flour rectangular pan then pour batter in and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • For frosting beat all ingredients together until spreadable.
