Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake

- 7 ounce package caramels shopping list
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups chopped pecans divided shopping list
- 9 inch chocolate crumb piecrust shopping list
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups milk shopping list
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding shopping list
- 3/4 cup fudge topping shopping list
How to make it
- Place caramels and milk in heavy saucepan then heat stirring continually until smooth.
- Stir in 3/4 cup chopped pecans and pour into pie crust.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk in a blender until smooth.
- Add pudding mix and process 30 seconds longer.
- Pour pudding mixture over caramel layer covering evenly.
- Chill loosely covered for 15 minutes.
- Drizzle fudge topping over pudding layer in a decorative pattern then sprinkle with nuts.
- Chill loosely covered until serving time.
