German Pancakes with Buttermilk Syrup

- Pancakes shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons melted margarine shopping list
- buttermilk syrup shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/2 cup margarine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Place the eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender.
- Cover and process until smooth.
- Pour the butter into an ungreased 9 X 13-inch pan, then add the batter.
- Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the first five syrup ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 7 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.
- Serve pancake immediately with the syrup.
