How to make it

  • Mix vinegar, water and 1/3 cup of seasoning. This is the basting sauce.
  • Cook meat over direct heat on grill, approximately 18-inches above the fire.
  • Coals should be 325° to 350°.
  • Start ribs bone side down,until bone side is golden brown. Baste 2 times with basting sauce.
  • Then, flip the slabs and cook meat side down until golden brown.
  • The meat is ready when it is so hot that you can't touch it with your fingers. Takes about 30 minutes per side.
  • Baste again and sprinkle with Rendezvous World Famous Seasoning®.

    Amen, on this.....nothing like Rendezvous ribs! I have eaten at the Rendezvous many times! Their rub is close to my heart. Thanks for sharing.
