Ingredients
  • Rendezvous World Famous Rub®:
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • Ribs:
  • 4 cups white distilled vinegar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup Rendezvous World famous rub
  • 2 slabs pork loin back ribs= 4 pounds

Directions
  1. Mix vinegar, water and 1/3 cup of seasoning. This is the basting sauce.
  2. Cook meat over direct heat on grill, approximately 18-inches above the fire.
  3. Coals should be 325° to 350°.
  4. Start ribs bone side down,until bone side is golden brown. Baste 2 times with basting sauce.
  5. Then, flip the slabs and cook meat side down until golden brown.
  6. The meat is ready when it is so hot that you can't touch it with your fingers. Takes about 30 minutes per side.
  7. Baste again and sprinkle with Rendezvous World Famous Seasoning®.

Amen, on this.....nothing like Rendezvous ribs! I have eaten at the Rendezvous many times! Their rub is close to my heart. Thanks for sharing.
