Ingredients
  • 2 medium white onions chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 pound ground round
  • 1 small can mushroom sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 package chopped frozen spinach cooked
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Italian cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons spaghetti seasoning
  • 12 ounces cooked egg noodles

Directions
  1. With a small amount of oil in a frying pan brown onions, garlic and beef then drain well.
  2. Stir in mushroom sauce, tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and seasoning.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Combine spinach, parsley Italian cheese, salt, eggs and spaghetti seasoning.
  5. Add 1/2 of the meat sauce to the spinach mixture.
  6. In greased rectangular baking dish arrange one layer of noodles and cover with spinach mixture.
  7. Alternate combining mixtures until all ingredients are used.
  8. Cover top with remaining meat sauce and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  9. During the last ten minutes sprinkle with grated cheese and continue baking.
