How to make it

  • Prepare head of cauliflower by removing outer leaves and as much of the core to keep intact.
  • Wash thoroughly then place in deep sauce pan.
  • Sauté onion and pepper in oil.
  • Pour marina sauce of cauliflower and season with garlic powder, oregano and basil.
  • Cover and cook on medium heat until tender.
  • Serve cauliflower whole on a platter.
