Ingredients
  • 3 ½ to 4 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast, roasted
  • 18 ounces of jarred mole or enchilada sauce

Directions
  1. Shred the chicken meat and combine with the sauce in a large skillet.
  2. Cook over medium heat until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Use as needed.
