A quick chicken mole to be used as a filling in several types of dishes.

Ingredients
- 3 ½ to 4 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast, roasted
- 18 ounces of jarred mole or enchilada sauce
Directions
- Shred the chicken meat and combine with the sauce in a large skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Use as needed.
