No Crust Easy Blender Egg Custard Recipe

Ingredients
  • Large can of evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tsb levels flour
  • 3 tsb. butter
  • 3/4 tsp.nutmeg
  • 1 tsp.vanilla

Directions
  1. Mix all above ingredients in blender.
  2. Grease a 9 " pyrex pie pan with a soild shortening ( i Use Crisco) Generously flour and shake off excess.
  3. Pour mixture into pie pan. Bake at 325 for 45 Mins. or until knife comes out clean.
  4. Pie will puff up very high while baking but will settle down once removed from oven.
  5. Serve warm or cold.

Hello there,
I found this recipe on a search for "easy pie crust"...this looks a lot like a recipe I've made by the Bisquick people for Impossible Custard Pie-but of course this doesn't have the Bisquick in it!
Sounds really good and I'll try it.
Custard is one of those homespun desserts that never goes out of style and you can enjoy it without worrying about your waist-line.
