How to make it

  • Combine ingredients for Red Pepper Salsa in bowl Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
  • Place in a second bowl orange juice and honey stir until dissolved.
  • Add remaining ingredients and combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate minimum 3 hours Yellow Pepper Salsa
  • Marinade Tuna for 20 minutes * Marinating for longer will tend to make your cooked Tuna steaks dry.
  • Cook Tuna over medium to high coals until opaque, approximately 3 minutes per side.
  • Remove from grill cover and keep warm.
  • Heat 2 sauce pans until hot add salsas and stir until warm.
  • Serve Tuna over Rice Pilaf with a Salsas to each side of rice on serving platter
