Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless pork loin, pounded thin
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour for coating
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter + Additional 2 for sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions
  1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge pork cutlets in the flour mixture.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat
  4. . Add chops, and brown both sides.
  5. Transfer to a warm plate
  6. .
  7. Mix honey & 2 Tablespoons of butter and pecans into the pan drippings.
  8. Heat through, stirring constantly.
  9. Pour sauce over cutlets
