Afghan Kabobs

- 3 large or 4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 tbsp. corn oil shopping list
- 1/3 c plain yogurt shopping list
- 2 Tbl crushed garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground coriander shopping list
- Sweet yellow onion shopping list
- Orange bell pepper - can use green shopping list
- 1 box cherry tomatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces. Place in a bowl and add garlic, oil, salt, coriander and yougurt. Mix well and marinate overnight. Cut bell pepper into thick strips. Cut onion on large pieces. Put chicken pieces on skewers alternating with tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. Grill for about 12 minutes, until done.
