Afghan Kabobs Recipe
This is a very simple Afghan Kabob that's very tasty. It's great served with plain cous cous or basmati rice.

Ingredients
  • 3 large or 4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp. Corn oil
  • 1/3 c plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbl crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • Sweet Yellow onion
  • Orange bell pepper - can use green
  • 1 box Cherry tomatoes

Directions
  1. Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces. Place in a bowl and add garlic, oil, salt, coriander and yougurt. Mix well and marinate overnight. Cut bell pepper into thick strips. Cut onion on large pieces. Put chicken pieces on skewers alternating with tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. Grill for about 12 minutes, until done.

Hmm, i seen a greek style recipe sorta like this on food network the other day. Gonna have to try it as im interested to see how the yogurt flavors the chicken!
