- Maccha (Japanese powdered green tea) shopping list
- milk shopping list
- honey shopping list
How to make it
- I like this one rich and potent, so I use whole milk (4.4%), plenty of honey and heaps of the finest maccha.
- 7 parts milk
- 2 parts maccha
- 1 part honey
- Ready ingredients.
- Dissolve honey in milk.
- Add ice to martini shaker. (about 5 ice cubes)
- Add milk and honey mixture.
- Spoon in maccha powder.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Pour into glass.
- Drink immediately.
- Honey can be left out, water can be substituted for milk, etc. Experiment to your liking.
- The traditional bamboo whisk need not be employed to make a great summer maccha!
