Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add eggs and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened-DO NOT BEAT!
  • Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas and 1 cup nuts.
  • Spread batter in 3 well greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350* for 25 to 30 minutes or until tests done.
  • FILLING AND FROSTING:
  • Beat cream cheese, and butter together well.
  • Add the powdered sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Frost cooled cake and sprinkle with remaining nuts.
  • * I usually keep mine in the refrigerator, since it has the cream cheese icing.
