Mediterranean Cucumber Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup light sour cream

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 medium cucumber peeled seeded and finely chopped

1 clove minced garlic

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried mint

Directions

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
