How to make it

  • Boil coconut in coconut juice and sugar for 10 minutes. Add milk then stir and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Whip egg yolks with rum and add to coconut mixture. Allow them to boil for 10 minutes. Empty mixture into a glass, oven safe mold or casserole dish. Garnish with almonds and raisins. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
