Made this for the family tonight and everyone loved it! It is a nice light and healthy meal with some great flavors. The carmelized onions are a big factor in this dish and really add to the flavor. The wife says she wants it again so I rated it five forks after all the praise. The presentation is also very nice. I took a few pictures which I would like to send if they turn out and you are interested in seeing them. I added a little more dijon and some black pepper to the marinade and it turned out really well. Thanks for a great recipe!
