Similar to the sweet hawaiian bread. Classic, satisfying, and full of flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1/2 cup banana, mashed
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup softened margarine
  • 1/2 cup instant potato flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Add ingredients to the pan of a bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Choose the light setting and press start.

How do you make this bread and the "Cinnamon Cranraisin Bread" without the bread machine. Have not made bread too often and don't own a bread machine!!???!!
