How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In mixing bowl combine the margarine, apple butter, sugars and spiced apple mix; beat until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and beat well.
  • Add flour, oats and baking soda to the egg mixture. Stir in the dried apples.
  • Roll dough into balls. Place dough on prepared cookie sheet and bake for 9 to 11 min.
  • Cool one min. and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
  • Combine caramel squares and soy milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stir until melted but do not boil.
  • Carefully coat each cooled cookie with caramel mixture, let set on wire rack.
