How to make it

  • Slightly open each tomato w/ a fine paring knife, squeeze out pulp and seeds genlty, make a few slits about 1/8 way down. Turn upside down onto a paper plate to drain.
  • When salads are ready for stuffing, turn tomatoes rightside up, Season w/S&P, on or around beds of lettuce.
  • Stuff W/ desired amt of salad stuffing.
  • Garnish w/ herbs.

    For a party, or no cook dinner, make some of the tomatoes with each of the fillings, then just make some sandwiches with the rest of the fillings.
