How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, juice the lemon and whisk in the olive oil.
  • Add the thyme, salt and pepper.
  • Slice the apple and stir into the dressing to prevent browning.
  • Add the onion and stir again.
  • Put the mixed greens into a bowl and top with the apple/onion mixture. Toss to spread the dressing.
  • Shave the asiago cheese generously over the top of the salad and eat up!
