This is so good with your favorite tortilla chips
Ingredients
- Makes about 4 cups shopping list
- 5 avocados, peeled and coarsely chopped shopping list
- 2 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1/2 onion, minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mash with a fork to desired consistency. Serve immediately.
