How to make it

  • Drain all fruit.
  • Save pineapple juice.
  • Cook pudding according to directions, instead of milk use pineapple juice and water to make the right amount of liquid. When cool add to fruit mixture. Refrigerate.

    Good day to you, Henrie! This fruit salad sounds absolutely delicious! I would love to take it to my family reunion, next weekend (July 26th). I don't know if you knew this, or not. But the directions you have for this fruit salad are the same directions you have for another fruit salad you have listed (the other one includes pineapple, yumm!). Tell me, for the chicken fruit salad, it is just a matter of mixing all of the ingredients together? Also, how long would you suggest the salad chill, before we start grazing on it? :-) Thanks, Henrie. LOVE all of your recipes! Kim
