- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 pound butter shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vanilla shopping list
- 4 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 pound ricotta shopping list
- Icing: shopping list
- 1 box powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- milk shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, cream together sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour, salt, baking soda and ricotta.
- Mix well.
- Drop by spoonsful onto cookie sheet spraye with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.
- Spread with icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
- Icing:
- In a bowl, blend powdered suger, butter and vanilla. Add enough milk to make it of spreading consistency and blend well.
- Ice biscotti.
