This is a super easy recipe and most of which you have in your cabinet. It is a great throw together for a fast dessert or even as a side dish. You can variate on this recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 large can Pineapple
  • 1 large can Peaches
  • ** you can use any can fruit, whatever you like
  • 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
  • save half juice from a can of fruit you prefer, recipe always called for pineapple juice. I often use peaches or pear juice.
  • Optional: marshmallows, sour cream you can use fresh fruit as well

Directions
  1. Drain fruit (saving 1/2 can of juice from your preferred fruit.
  2. Place fruit in bowl
  3. sprinkle on dry pudding mix
  4. add some of the save juice to your liking and thickness you prefer.
  5. Optional. Sometimes I add marshmallows and a touch of sour cream.
  6. You can use fresh fruit but will need a can of pineapple and some of its juice for the mix. You can add fresh apples, grapes..etc..
  7. Enjoy
  8. We take this along on picnics alot. Or eat it anytime.
