Tomatoes Stuffed with Shrimp

- 6 medium sized tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon minced parsley shopping list
- 1 can shrimp halved shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon minced onion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 slices bread crumbed shopping list
- A few grains of paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon green pepper minced shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cut off tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the centers.
- Combine tomato pulp, parsley, salt and onion and mix well.
- In small skillet melt butter and fry shrimp for a few minutes.
- Add tomato mixture then fill tomatoes with this mixture.
- Melt a small amount of butter and stir in bread crumbs.
- Dot tops of tomatoes with bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes.
