Ingredients

1 Large Apple (your choice of flavor, sweet or sour)

1/2 White Onion

1 Jalapeno

2 Stalks Fresh Cilantro

2 Limes

Salt - to taste

Directions

Chop apple, onion, jalapeno, cilantro into small pieces and combine.

Juice the limes and mix in salt.
