	quick and easy bruschetta

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 pouch Lipton onion or golden onion soup mix

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 baguette, cut into 1 inch slices

3 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped

parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Cream butter and dry ingredients.

Toast bread slices in oven.

spread on onion butter.

Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with parmesan.

Broil 2 to 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley.

A change from the usual tomato and garlic bruschette we eat :) We use olive oil instead of butter and no onions or cheese (at least that's how they taught me to make it here in Italy) :p but this definitely sounds good, must try it!
