How to make it

  • Prepare beans according to package directions.
  • Put beans in a large bowl.
  • Add red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar and rice vinegar.
  • Mix well.
  • Refrigerate. Beans are high in protein and fiber. Using dry beans rather than canned reduces sodium. Serve as a side dish or eat as a light snack!

    This sounds like a recipe after my own heart. I have, in fact, got a cook book called The Bean Book and use several of the recipes in it. One is very similar to yours with a few added extras. Thought you might be interested.
