How to make it

  • Using a large bowl, beat milk and lime juice with an electric mixer, med. Speed.
  • When smooth and thick, add zest and fold in thawed whipped topping.
  • Spoon into graham cracker crust and chill for about one hour.

    I love to make this pie in the summer, TP, because it requires no "oven time" - it's so light and refreshing. For anyone who hasn't tried this, it's EXCELLENT, plus quick and easy - what more could you ask?! It's a 5 for anyone who likes Key Lime pie!
