Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 prepared 9” graham cracker pie crust

1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

½ cup Key Lime juice, fresh or from bottle

zest from 1 lime, if using fresh juice

1-8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Using a large bowl, beat milk and lime juice with an electric mixer, med. Speed.

When smooth and thick, add zest and fold in thawed whipped topping.

Spoon into graham cracker crust and chill for about one hour.

I love to make this pie in the summer, TP, because it requires no "oven time" - it's so light and refreshing. For anyone who hasn't tried this, it's EXCELLENT, plus quick and easy - what more could you ask?! It's a 5 for anyone who likes Key Lime pie!
