Easy Key Lime Pie

- 1 prepared 9” graham cracker pie crust shopping list
- 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- ½ cup key lime juice, fresh or from bottle shopping list
- zest from 1 lime, if using fresh juice shopping list
- 1-8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Using a large bowl, beat milk and lime juice with an electric mixer, med. Speed.
- When smooth and thick, add zest and fold in thawed whipped topping.
- Spoon into graham cracker crust and chill for about one hour.

I love to make this pie in the summer, TP, because it requires no "oven time" - it's so light and refreshing. For anyone who hasn't tried this, it's EXCELLENT, plus quick and easy - what more could you ask?! It's a 5 for anyone who likes Key Lime p...more
