Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe
This is a quick and easy pie to make with few ingredients. If you can't find Key Limes, look for bottled lime juice. The original recipe came from the Betty Crocker website.

Ingredients
  • 1 prepared 9” graham cracker pie crust
  • 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup Key Lime juice, fresh or from bottle
  • zest from 1 lime, if using fresh juice
  • 1-8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions
  1. Using a large bowl, beat milk and lime juice with an electric mixer, med. Speed.
  2. When smooth and thick, add zest and fold in thawed whipped topping.
  3. Spoon into graham cracker crust and chill for about one hour.

I love to make this pie in the summer, TP, because it requires no "oven time" - it's so light and refreshing. For anyone who hasn't tried this, it's EXCELLENT, plus quick and easy - what more could you ask?! It's a 5 for anyone who likes Key Lime pie!
