This isn't real spicy but it's a favorite of my daughters and my ex- husbands. He has ask her to make it for him everytime she goes back to Texas for a visit.

Ingredients
  • 2 slices of white bread
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspsoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 can tomatoe paste
  • 2 cans water (paste can)
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 lb of spaghetti noodles

Directions
  1. Soak bread in milk.
  2. Add onions, salt,pepper, egg and beef. Mix well
  3. Brown then add remaining ingredients, mix, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours
