Pineapple Rosemary Garlic Porkchops Recipe
This is the first thing my wife ever cooked for me some 15 yrs ago.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2/3 c dry cooking sherry
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except porkchops.
  2. Place porkchops in platic bag and pour marinade over them, turn bag a few times to coat the meat. Let marinate over night.
  3. Grill to desired doneness
