How to make it

  • Husk and clean corn if not done so already. Wish a sharp knife and flat surface cut out the kernels of corn (in a shaving motion against corn).
  • slice tomatoes in half and squeeze out seeds and juice on the corn and dice the tomato.
  • add cilantro and shallots, and squeeze the juice of the limes together with the almost finished salsa.
  • add sal and pepper to taste
  • serve with chips or on grilled chicken and steak.
