How to make it

  • Put the soy milk, lemon juice, salt and vinegar into a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
  • While still blending slowly add the oil in a stream.
  • Keep it blending for 5 minutes and the soynnaise (clever?) becomes creamy.

    I would add a teaspoon of nutritional yeast.
