How to make it

  • Place steaks in a shallow dih or heavy -duty zip-top plastic bag
  • Combine seasoning mix and next 3 ingredients, and pour over meat. Cover or seal and refrigerate at least 2 hrs, turning meat occasionally
  • Drain discarding mariade
  • Place steaks on a rack coated with vegetable spray; place rack in broiler pan.
  • Broil 6 inches form heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Slice steaks diagonally across grain into thin strips.Serve steak with Easy Cranberry Salsa.

    Oh, this is so tasty looking. Here, (downunder) I don't see many recipes for flank steak, I guess the lime juice marinade would tenderise.
