Crawfish Etoufee

- 10lb crayfish tails shopping list
- 1/2cup mazola oil shopping list
- 1cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2 cp bell pepper shopping list
- 2 tablsspoons fresh choppeed parsely shopping list
- 2tablespoons green onion tops chopped shopping list
- 2cups onions chopped\ shopping list
- salt and pepper or Louisiana hot creole seasoning ( go light0 shopping list
- 1cup water shopping list
How to make it
- In oil mix onions and celery also Bell pepper
- Simmer till oniions are glazed
- add one cup water
- Add the 10 lbsof cleaned BOILED, deveined crawfish tails ( you may use frozen )
- Add green onions tops
- Simmer in pan for about 25 minutes or until ingrdients are well cooked
- Better if fixed the day before so its a perfect do ahead dish
- If too dry add a little consomme Or white wine
