Ingredients
  • 10lb crayfish tails
  • 1/2cup mazola oil
  • 1cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cp bell pepper
  • 2 tablsspoons fresh choppeed parsely
  • 2tablespoons green onion tops chopped
  • 2cups onions chopped\
  • salt and pepper or Louisiana hot creole seasoning ( go light0
  • 1cup water

Directions
  1. In oil mix onions and celery also Bell pepper
  2. Simmer till oniions are glazed
  3. add one cup water
  4. Add the 10 lbsof cleaned BOILED, deveined crawfish tails ( you may use frozen )
  5. Add green onions tops
  6. Simmer in pan for about 25 minutes or until ingrdients are well cooked
  7. Better if fixed the day before so its a perfect do ahead dish
  8. If too dry add a little consomme Or white wine
