Hot Mexican Dip Recipe
This is one that has been around for awhile and one I make often. Easy but very tasty. I always make at least a double batch and often a triple batch.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/3 bottle mild taco sauce
  • 1 diced white onion
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Directions
  1. In a skillet brown ground beef and drain well.
  2. Add onion and green pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese.
  4. Add taco sauce and chili powder.
  5. Stir well and pour into a crock pot to keep warm.
  6. Serve with chips or party rye bread.
