Butterscotch Toffee Blondies

- 1/4 c butter, melted shopping list
- 1 c brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1tsp baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 c flour (all purpose) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 c Skor bits or english brickle pieces shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts shopping list
- Icing: shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1/4 c brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp milk shopping list
- 1 c icing sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt butter
- Add sugar stir well
- Add egg and vanilla
- Stir to combine.
- In another bowl combine dry ingredients
- Add to sugar mixture
- Stir to combine
- Add toffee bits and nuts
- Spread into a greased 8x8 baking pan
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and let completely cool
- For Icing:
- Melt butter
- Stir in brown sugar and milk
- Stir in icing sugar until spreadable
- Frost blondies
