Ingredients
  • Soya Bean chunks - 500 gm
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder -2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - a pinch
  • Salt as per requirement
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2tsp
  • Onions 2 nos finely chopped
  • Curry Leaves - 4 stalk
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Oil for frying
  • Water for boiling

Directions
  1. Add soya chunks in boiled water, and soak for about fifteen minutes. Then squeeze out the water and keep the chunks aside.
  2. Now, heat oil in a skillet, and add onions and saute until translucent. Now add the ginger garlic paste. Wait for the raw smell to go and then add the red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Now, add the soya chunks kept aside and mix well. If required, you can also add some more oil for binding all the soya chunks together.
  3. Once this is completely dry, add the curry leaves and slit the green chillies. This can be served hot with rice or rotis; or just take some in a bowl and eat it as a mid day snack.
