How to make it

  • Blend cinnamon and sugar on a plate. Rub the rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge, then dip the rim in the sugar.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2 full with ice.
  • Shake the apple juice concentrate, rum or brandy, lemon juice and spices with the ice until the shaker is too cold to hold, about 2 minutes.
  • Strain into prepared glass.
  • Top with sparkling cider, garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Apple tini's are one of my favorite drinks. I'm so glad that fall is right around the corner. I don't think I'll be able to have just one. Don't worry I'll give my honey the keys. Thanks. MJ
