Caramel Rum Pineapple Sauce for Ice Cream

- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 pineapple cut into bite-sized cubes shopping list
- 2 tablespoons rum shopping list
- 1/2 vanilla bean shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter then add sugar and stir until melted.
- Split and scrape the inside of the vanilla bean and reserve.
- Add pineapple, rum and reserved vanilla bean to sugar mixture then cook on high until liquid is reduced and pineapple is glazed.
- Serve over ice cream.
