Jerk Seasoning - Tried and True

- 4 green onions shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme shopping list
- 1 garlic clove shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1 hot pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoons ground allspice shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in blender then pulse to puree mixture. Store in covered glass container in refrigerator. To use rub 2 teaspoon or more jerk seasoning over surface of meat then allow to stand at least 1 hour before cooking.
