Spiced Rhubarb

- 10 cup diced fresh or frozen rhubarb shopping list
- 4-1/2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice shopping list
How to make it
- In a large oven or kettle combine all ingredients then bring to a rapid boil and reduce heat and simmer 70 minutes.
- Pour into pint jars and refrigerate.
- Serve as a glaze for ham or spread on biscuits.
