Ingredients
  • 10 cup diced fresh or frozen rhubarb
  • 4-1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions
  1. In a large oven or kettle combine all ingredients then bring to a rapid boil and reduce heat and simmer 70 minutes.
  2. Pour into pint jars and refrigerate.
  3. Serve as a glaze for ham or spread on biscuits.
