fish rolls

- 1 lb cod fillets or haddock or bluefish or hake or catfish shopping list
- 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed shopping list
- 2 cups cooked rice shopping list
- 1/4 cuo butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- dash pepper shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- if fillets are thick ,slice diagonally to make thin fillets.
- combine broccoli and rice.
- place 1 tbsp broccoli & rice mixture on each fillet roll up .
- spread remaining mixture in greased baking dish .
- arrange fish rolls on top of rice.
- make whit sauce by melting butter & stirring in flour ,salt ,and pepper gradually stir in milk cook over low heat until thickened.
- stir in lemon juice.
- pour sauce overfish and rice .
- sprinkle cheese over the fish.
- bake in 425 f oven for 30 min.
