Cherry Puddles Cake

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened (I used margarine) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1-20 ounce can cherry pie filling shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, mix soften margarine and sugar.
- Beat in buttermilk, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking soda.
- Add to creamed mixture.
- Coat a 13x9x2-inch paking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Use a knife to "divide" batter into 24 rectangles.
- Spoon a small amount of cherry pie filling onto center of each rectangle.
- Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
